A Top 5 digital marketing agency is looking for a Lead Search Manager to join their growing Media department. The purpose of the role is to manage search activity and provide strategic search leadership.
The Lead Search Manager will be responsible for continually demonstrating the agency’s values - Innovation, Service, Quality, Thought and managing and improving their search credentials.
The LSM will manage and develop third party relationships, keep the team up to date with developments in Search as well as identifying and developing high level relationships with strategic partners.
The candidate is required to have proven search marketing experience (agency, client), knowledge of SEO best practice, keyword and analysis, architecture and template analysis. You will have experience with copy and content generation and optimization, link management strategy and management, social media optimisation and customised SEO reporting. You will have an in depth knowledge of analytics tools, experience with people management, strategic and analytical skills and content distribution methods.
The ideal candidate will also have SEM best practice and experience and multi-territory site experience.
You should have good people skills, have a passion about digital innovation, be creative, challenge convention, have excellent communication skills, and be obsessed with the detail that makes something perfect as well as ambitious.
