Maverick is an award winning production company/creative agency working with some of the most prestigious clients in the video games and entertainment industry. We are seeking an Account Director to drive our growth and become an instrumental figure in the senior management of the company.

Heading up a team of creative and ambitious individuals you will deliver the strategy, management and implementation of all Account Handling activity with particular emphasis on building sales growth in the areas of Trailers and TV Ad production as well as evolving our Viral, Buzz, Branded Content, Rich Media offerings. With a great market position and track record this is an exciting opportunity to expand and win new accounts, develop new services and take your career to the next level.

Essential Skills / Experience:
- You will be expert at handling client projects at a senior level with exemplary client service skills and the ability to maintain and develop client relationships.

- You will have a track record of identifying and developing new business, cross and up-selling as well as building growth.

- You will have excellent communications skills and a proven talent for people management.

- You will be able to combine a “hands-on” pragmatic approach with the ability to make reports and commercial recommendation at the highest level.

- You will have extensive experience of advertising production and the digital space and could well be working within an agency or post/production company looking for the next step up.
