They've built a robust system with an intuitive range of tools, which has led to clients flocking in their direction. They hold excellent values regarding the industry in general and publishers value their integrity.

Although you won't necessarily need specific affiliate marketing industry experience as excellent training is provided, you will need to be very online savvy. Essentially you need to understand how traffic is driven to websites and the process used to improve quantity and quality. You will also need flawless customer service skills and client facing / account management experience.

It's a relaxed team, but one which prides itself on providing exemplary customer service. You'll need a sense of fun combined with the aptitude to learn new skills quickly.

You'll be responsible for offering marketing expertise and helping clients promote their programs. In turn you will be helping publishers to promote their sites and improve revenues. Good communication skills are essential, together with analytical / maths ability. Knowledge of MS Office and HTML also required.
