My client is a boutique size company that is set to triple in size over the next year, they are a market leader in their field and are about to receive a huge injection of cash that will facilitate massive UK and US expansion.
They have been trading for the last 3 years and already operate at a profit due to a sound business model, unique proposition and plenty of innovative revenue streams and advertising opportunities.
The role of commercial director is very much UK focused and requires a high calibre individual to come in with fresh ideas to build and scale the sales team and to manage all revenue streams.
Only the best people in the market will be considered and you must tick the following boxed:
• An industry face
• A proven track record in delivering revenue at premium media owners
• Someone who has built and managed some of the best sales teams in the market
• 10+ years in a commercial roles, with at least 5 online
• Client and agency contacts at the highest level
• A hands on attitude and willingness to ‘muck in’
• Ability to cope with a fast passed changing environment
• Used to handling different revenue streams from advertising to packaging up research into campaigns
• P + L experience
• Fluent in business planning and strategy relating to commercial product development and driving revenue
