My client is looking for a Head of Customer Relationship Marketing (interim Maternity Cover from July 08.
The Head of Customer Relationship Marketing will be based in the head office in Covent Garden, London and will report to the Marketing Director. The Head of CRM will be a key part of the marketing function, helping us deliver retail excellence online. Reporting to the Head of CRM will be the CRM Co-ordinator, Direct Supervisor and Web designer.
The Head of Customer Relationship Marketing has overall responsibility for direct communication channels: the web site and the programme of customer communications by e-mail, direct mail and mail order catalogues in order to maximise sales and education of customers through these channels.
This role will involve regular meetings and travel to their Dorset eco factory.
Essential Skills, Knowledge & Aptitudes
Solid and proven CRM experience
Strong on-line/e-commerce management experience, preferably with a prominent on-line retailer, demonstrating leading edge website design and management Strong CRM and direct marketing experience, using segmentation and targeting to drive customer shopping behavior and loyalty
