We seek a technically-talented Testing Manager to join this premier UK digital agency with a broad portfolio of blue-chip clients, based in Dorset. You are a self motivated, logical, well-organised person, able to work effectively and accurately.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in test management with exposure to all aspects of commercial software and web. They will also have experience of debugging and a strong knowledge of ISO9001 quality management systems.

The Testing Manager will clarify and guide the department’s software testing strategy and effort. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in HTML, XML, JavaScript, SQL and related web based technologies, including C# and .net programming and possess experience with industry-standard test management tools. Candidates will have relevant web solution testing experience and shuld be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the SDLC.

You will be responsible for the analysis of product and project documentation to identify the most relevant and effective testing of web solutions. You should combine strong analytical skills, domain and product knowledge with effective planning.
