Your Profile

You will come from a background of managing large multifunctional sales teams. You will have a proven track record of devising and implementing strategies that have increased sales productivity. This person must have had over all responsibility for a large number of sales people at different levels.

The Role

With 6 direct reports from senior managers and team managers, you will have overall responsibility for up to 50 telesales executives. You will report directly to the Managing Sales Director. You will manage all the sales resources to assure this company achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
