Senior Information Architect

The role:
• Develop a deep understanding of our target audiences, their behaviours, needs and expectations
• Work collaboratively with Product Managers, Usability Specialists, Designers, Business Analysts and Development to ensure the best possible experience for our users
• Create interaction design concepts, define site structures, site maps and process flows
• Create wireframes and paper prototypes
• Work with Graphic Designers to translate wireframes into final screen designs
• Be the “voice of the customer”, representing user needs at all stages of the product development lifecycle
