I am looking for a brilliant digital project manager to work across a range of interactive marketing projects.
Ideally you will have 2 years plus creative digital agency experience, be brand focused, and able to lead a team whilst continuously having an eye on delivery deadlines.
You will be responsible for the management and delivery of multiple web development projects including dynamic website build, web application development and online advertising campaigns. The role will involve direct liaison with the client so the ability to form strong relationships with people at all levels is vital.
Your primary role will be to manage the account from a commercial viewpoint to maximise revenue, whilst acting as the primary liaison point between the client and the project team, which means:
*Understanding the client's strategic objectives
*Understanding the brand (online and traditional media)
*Communicating and managing client requirements (within both the agency and client)
Candidates should have excellent organisational skills, a high level of interpersonal skills, and be able to manage people under pressure across various disciplines, be highly motivated, a self-starter and resilient.
Skills Required:

*Proficiency in: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project and Photoshop.
*An understanding of Flash, Basic HTML and associated web technologies.
Day-to-Day Roles and Responsibilities
Client service:
*Knowing the client's business.
*Having a working knowledge of marketing, communications and the internet
*Keeping abreast of new technologies and understanding how they can be used.
*Knowing what the client's competitors are doing.
*Developing a constructive partnership with the client.
Managing the project process:
*Interpret client briefs, strategy and scope documentation.
*Define and write Project and Functional Specifications; help define the client's strategy; prepare Budget Estimates and agree final Project Budgets and Timelines. Ensure all documentation is agreed with the client.
*Follow a structured and methodical project management approach agreed with the relevant Project Director and Head of Project Management.
*Closely monitor, manage and report on project timelines, delivery milestones, and ensure completion to specification and to deadline.
*Closely monitor, manage and report on project budget, and ensure completion to budget.
*Liaise with the relevant staff, ensure correct resources are in place and fully brief various teams required for the projects: design, technical and account management.
*Briefing the creative and technical management about the project.
*Identifying resource requirements and coordinating the chosen resources internally.
*Assigning tasks to project teams.
*Evaluating work and presenting it to the client.
*Be assertive and diplomatic with clients, external suppliers and internal team members.
*Quality Assurance testing.
*Identify, assess, report and manage risks to the success of the project.
*Use project management tools such as Microsoft Project and the MS Office suite of tools to produce accurate, clear and concise documentation throughout the lifecycle of the project.
Managing the updating of client web sites and applications:
*Establishing systems and an update specification.
*Ensuring the work is completed on time and on budget.
*Quality Assurance testing.
Technical management:
*Co-ordination of hosting requirements with the technical department.
*Liaison with third party suppliers regarding domain name registration, domain name transfer, password protection, site set-up on servers, delivery of files to host servers.
*Assist in defining functionality with designers, builders and technical teams to build interactive storyboards and functional site architecture.
