We are looking for an Affiliate Retention Manager to be based in the London office. You will work for a leading operator and developer of online gambling and bingo games. This is your chance to work for a company that are in rapid growth and developing house hold name games, with over £70 million a month handed out in prize money.
Purpose of Role
You will be part of the growing affiliate team. You will work closely with existing affiliates and build and maintain strong and profitable relationships. You will be responsible for these relationships and analysis of affiliate performance. You need to be creative and be able to find the right incentives for affiliates to perform well on a consistent basis. In liaison with the affiliate manager and the media team you will be responsible for media buy type campaigns on affiliate sites.
Key Responsibilities
• Personal relationship with existing performing affiliates
• Regular contact with entire affiliate base via newsletters
• Affiliate commission negotiations within channel mandate
• Affiliate site and activity checks
• Media Buying: Source new and work with existing partners for media-buy campaigns; negotiate rates; set up campaigns; optimize campaigns; report to the affiliate manager on the results of the campaigns
• Ability to meet personal and team targets
• Relationship and development of new affiliates
• Setting up affiliate retention incentives and promotions
• Represent the company at events and conferences
• To keep open and continual communications with your manager and your team with regard to workload and projects.
• To work on any other reasonable task requested by your senior manager.
This role would ideally suit a proactive individual with sound account or affiliate management experience and excellent client-facing skills.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Essential:
• Positive and proactive attitude
• Strong understanding and experience with online marketing
• Experience in client-facing roles

• Good communication and writing skills, proficient in written and spoken English
• Strong people skills
• Strong grasp of numbers with good analytical, reporting /excel skills
Desirable:
• Knowledge of the online gaming industry
• Affiliate marketing experience
• Knowledge of/experience in media buys, tenancy deals
• Existing network of affiliate contacts
• Knowledge of Dreamweaver (HTML)
