Due to exceptional demand they have recently opened an office in Amsterdam which will be the primary hub for growth across our European Financial Services clients. As Client Services Director you will play an integral role in the achievement of their primary objective of maximizing revenue/profit growth through the expansion and development of existing strategic accounts within the Financial Services Sector. This autonomous, complex and challenging role offers the flexibility to utilise a wide ranging combination of skills to include: Executive Client Relationship Management; Leadership; Programme Management; Project Delivery; Account based P & L; Contract Negotiations, etc. You will be required to Deliver complex BPM software projects utilising on shore and off shore resources with project teams upto 60-100 people and deliver sales presentations formally and informally to senior level client members.
Located in Amsterdam with attractive relocation package. They are looking for commercially astute professionals who will have had previous experience in high-level sales support/bid-management work and are comfortable at dealing with individuals at Board / CEO / CTO level within client organisations.
Additional requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales and Marketing, or related field.
Extensive Programme Management experience with expert skills in complex BPM software delivery.
Demonstrated success in Account Management, Business Development and/or Client management of enterprise account.
Domain experience in the Financial Services industry.
Prior ownership for Account-based P&L: demonstrated competency in forecasting, managing and reporting on key business and financial metrics (revenue, margin and profitability, delivery team ratios and pyramids, client delight and internal delight).
Prior accountability for the successful on-time, within budget execution of complex, custom, IT or professional consulting services.
