A senior designer role within our agency based in Shoreditch, London. Paying up to £45,000 + profit share and benefits.

You will be an experienced senior designer that is ready for the next step in your career, maybe even a senior designer that is looking to become our next head of design.

You will be leading our internal design team and working across a large range of clients to include Levis, Channel 5, and RSPCA among others.

As you will be heading up our creative department you should be inspirational and creative to lead, manage and inspire the team to produce stunning visuals, mock ups, storyboards, layouts and websites for our clients.

Due to the workload of our agency and magnitude of some of our projects you will need to be organised and flexible as well as being able to think independently and arrive at solutions jointly within the team. You will defiantly need to be able to think past the brief and outside of the box.

Design Tasks
* Conceiving and designing cross-platform online media:
* Online campaigns
* Interface and IA design
* Accessible websites
* Leading and participating in company-wide brainstorms
* Storyboarding and prototyping

Team Skills

* Develop and sustain a culture of creativity and design excellence


Design Skills
* Adobe Photoshop - Expert
* Adobe Illustrator - Expert
* Typographic skills - Expert

Technical Knowledge
* HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Actionscript - intermediate
* An interest in current technological trends and developments
* Understanding of accessibility issues (w3c compliant)
