Reporting into the Service Delivery Manager and working as a member of the IT team you will be part of a dynamic team committed to providing the highest level of service for its customers. Using the latest cutting edge technology and systems to provide system that are online, on-time and relevant to the needs of their users. The main purpose of the role is to provide advanced application support to desktop engineers on the advertising systems used within the business. These applications include MSL Ad Taker (Sybase DB), Mediaplanner, Proclarity, OneVision Asura and bespoke tools written in VB .NET. Your key responsbility is to provide support up to 3rd line level for current advertising applications and to write and produce bespoke reports from a variety of data sources. Your technical skill set will include the following: Vbscript and VB (up to .NET level); Sybase/Oracle SQL; SQL Server; Crystal Reports; Microsoft Access; Advanced Excel formulas and Macro's.
