Our Client is the leading business services provider to organizations worldwide, offering a range of services for management system certification, product testing and certification, and standardization.

Job Purpose:
Develop, commercialise and implement digital presence including the Shop, marketing websites, microsites, portals and digital product offerings.

Support online/e-marketing campaigns through the management of email marketing systems and processes, SEO and PPC strategies, (technical/distribution aspects) and setting up the relevant content on the BSI website.
Key Result Areas and Principle Accountabilities·Identify opportunities for new direct and indirect online revenue streams and increase commercial effectiveness of existing channels. ·Create and implement policy for best practice, legal and regulatory compliance on digital platforms.·Test new digital techniques and measure effectiveness (eg: video, audio, social media etc)·Provide training in all aspects of online marketing, ecommerce, policy and usability of systems for all divisional web editors and marketing colleagues.·Analyse all web statistics on all divisional websites and provide monthly reports to Head of Product Marketing.·Define, create and maintain online content and execute strategic and tactical digital marketing for Product Marketing team. This includes building microsites, email marketing, search engine optimisation, PPC, banner advertising and other e-marketing techniques.

The Successful Candidate will.Have solid eCommerce/ digital experience in building websites and good working knowledge database management, data products and digital product developmentHave excellent copy writing skills for online platformHave strong project management skillsHave good numerate and analytical skillsFully understand, interpret and act upon what makes a difference for an online buying customer and to make changes to positively affect online revenue generationHave a full understanding of technical aspects of eCommerce systems and infrastructure (eg: search engines, content management systems, data forms).
