A leading independent product research, performance assessment and advice specialist requires an experienced and creative Ruby on Rails Developer for their web team.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their passion for web technology, being creative and driven by customer satisfaction. You will have had specific commercial experience of Ruby on Rails (RoR), Javascript frameworks - jQuery and/or prototype, good mark up skills and excellent communication skills.

The role consists of maintaining and developing new requirements for the clients existing e-commerce website, therefore, experience of working with Rails in an e-commerce environment is critical, as are good communication skill, experience with a dealing with demanding clients.

Familiarity with PSI DSS, GA, GWO, GWT, payment gateway integration, slice host, engineyard will all be beneficial but not mandatory, as personal training and development will be provided along with the package.

Salary available is in the Region of £40,000, Plus package and 25 days holiday.
