Excellent opportunity for a Web Designer to join a large organisation with good career prospects! Your role as a Web Designer / Graphic Designer / Creative Designer will involve creating and producing web pages and designs using Adobe Photoshop and Fireworks. You must be able to hand code from scratch in XHTML / HTML and CSS to W3C standards.

A strong creative flair / vision is required to develop new web pages and user journeys. You should have a real passion for web standards and accessibility best practices. Proven commercial experience is required and you need to have a good understanding of web design. Must be capable of using Adobe graphics software including Fireworks and Photoshop on either Mac or PC.

Working as the Web Designer you will be responsible for graphic design and developing usable, creative and innovative graphic interfaces. You will also work on styling pages as well as coding static HTML pages. You will liaise with developers and provide guidance on the appropriate HTML elements to use, CSS methods and troubleshooting cross-browser issues.
