Aquent are looking for a Recruitment Consultant and two Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join their expanding New Media division. Do you know anybody who has a background within new media, IT or creative recruitment and has the desire to work within a global consultancy? If the answer is yes, then we have positions available. Our consultants have vast experience and knowledge of the new media
industry and can offer a superb level of training. The role will be varied and will encompass research, client facing, training of candidates and business
development. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, willing to learn, and have a positive outlook.
Desired Skills:
• An interest in the New Media industry and a desire to learn more.
• Research experience both on and offline.
• Good team player.
• Exceptional written and spoken communications skills.
• Experience of using web software including Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Flash and Illustrator.
• Understanding of New Media technologies, including website design and back-end technologies.
• A keen interest in learning how to effectively interview candidates and assess their skills.
• Ability to assist in new client development and monitor effectiveness of advertising methods.
