ICANN approves international domain names
ICANN, the internet regulator, has voted unanimously to allow non-Latin-script web addresses at its annual meeting in Seoul, opening opportunities for domain names in Chinese, Japanese, Arabic, Hindu, Russian Cyrillic and other languages.
