As working as an international search manager at this award winning media agency, you will be managing all aspects of pan-european PPC campaigns from scoping them out to seeing their implementation through. You will have the ability to develop sound search campaign strategies and nurture the relationship with clients on all things search orientated. You need experience as a search account manager, ideally gained at a digital media agency, and have experience dealing with substantial PPC budgets.
Primary Responsibilities
• Work closely with the Online team and Communication planning team to integrate Search as part of the overall Online and offline strategy.
• Maximise Search revenue within managed accounts and identify new opportunities.
• Educate internally Online and Offline teams to Search Engine Marketing, encourage best practices and promote the role of Search in the Digital mix.
• Develop a high level of Marketing, online marketing and in particular search engine marketing expertise and build an industry reputation commensurate with this expertise.
• Keep abreast of the competitive offerings in the market place.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and all applicable technologies, including developments in – Online Marketing, E-Commerce and Online consumer behavior.
Skills & Experience Required

• Fluent English plus any of the following languages: French, German, Spanish or Italian. A third language a plus.
• Account Management history within the Internet, Advertising or Media industries. Preferably from agency-side or specifically in Search Engine Marketing and in a pan-european or international environment.
• Presentation and communication skills – using PowerPoint, whiteboards etc..
• Proposal writing skills – executive summaries, bid construction and overall documents appeal.
• Solid understanding of internet technologies – online traffic/user behavior knowledge is preferred.
• Good interpersonal and communications skills
