The UK’s leading Social Care organisation, employing almost 2,000 staff, we have recently undergone a period of change and are looking to increase our headcount to 5,500 by 2012. It all adds up to an exciting future for our communications team. With plenty of messages to get out to market and a number one spot to protect, the challenges ahead are both exciting and plentiful.

Join us as e-Communications Manager and you will play a key role in that future. Taking the lead in the development and delivery of all online communications and marketing activities, your focus will be on bringing innovation to our web-based presence. Whether implementing the search engine optimisation strategy, devising the best user experience online or developing a blogging site or online directory, you will ensure that we create the best possible user experience and define strategies that will keep us at the forefront of our field.

An adaptable, customer-focussed team player with a background in communications that includes experience of maintaining large sites, you are used to working to tight deadlines. What’s more, you are comfortable planning and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Good writing and editing skills are key, as is a full working knowledge of MS SharePoint, emarketing software and Adobe Photoshop.
