My client one of the biggest names in music is currently looking for an Ecommerce Manager

You will be responsible for the operational aspects of all digital properties; as a retailer, for the day-to-day running of the stores (product merchandising and sales), and for the development and maintenance of web platforms, social network sites and other public-facing digital applications

Own key supplier relationships to ensure smooth delivery of sales, KPIs and customer service on the platform and deliver a market-leading customer experience within online retail and music, and lifestyle areas.
Production and project management of all internal digital development including eFlyers, banners and web enhancements, widgets and mobile applications
Management of all external suppliers including ecommerce, downloads, design and project management consultants.

Skills and Competencies Required:
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at a senior level.
Management of suppliers to deliver agreed service levels - commercial acumen.
Operational management of an e-commerce business ideally and music/lifestyle website.
Ability to motivate, challenge and develop a team of varied skills and experience.
High level of technical literacy especially with website 'back office' systems.
Exceptional organisational, analytical and planning skills with keen attention to detail.
