EA Mobile is looking for an experienced marketer in the digital space to drive its online (wap and internet) ecommerce proposition. and retention.
We are looking for a self starter, very organized and passionate about mobile entertainment, with very strong project management skills.
Reporting to the Marketing Director Europe the Online eCommerce Marketing Manager's key focuses will be:
The definition and execution of the online (wap and internet) commerce activities in the UK.
Managing the relationship with internal or external providers of our commerce solutions, optimizing our content offering, business models, retailing activities and loyalty programs.
Analysing the different metrics to measure and evolve success of propositions.
Responsibility for mobile market activities aimed at generating traffic towards those destinations, working with media agencies, operators and internet players to drive consumers to our destinations through a combination of search & banner advertising, link inclusion in high traffic sites and any other customer acquisition techniques.
Implementation of customer retention and conversion strategies, using a mixture of CRM, loyalty programs, and other marketing techniques as appropriate.
Manage and optimize our wap and web portal ecommerce propositions across the UK, both on and off portal, with a particular focus on ROI and efficient customer acquisition strategies.
The Online eCommerce Marketing Manager must have extensive experience working in the digital space, preferably within the mobile sector, and must be familiar with the key digital marketing strategies such as natural search, banner advertising, keywords search, affiliate programmes, etc. Additionally, the person will have previous experience in running ecommerce propositions, will be able to develop strategies that drive customer acquisition and conversion and manage multiple projects effectively. They will possess a good understanding of the entertainment sector and a natural affinity with the videogames sector as a whole.
