Adconion has appointed Fay Miller as global marketing manager. She will co-ordinate all of Adconion’s marketing activities, including the recent launch of the Joost video network. Miller was previously strategic planning manager at Mirror Group Newspapers, responsible for The Sunday Mirror and The People newspapers. She will report to global marketing director Joanne Cox.

Marketing agency LBi has recruited Susan Martinez as project manager, Caroline Leijon as senior creative designer and Rogier Beeftink as user experience architect. Martinez joins from MRM Worldwide, Leijon from Harrods and Beeftink worked in Torino.

Ebay Advertising has recruited Dylan Fuller as head of ad commerce for UK and Craig Newns-Smith as international advertising sales manager. Fuller joins from Microsoft where he was senior director of advertising solutions, while Newns-Smith was previously at ESPN and Ninemsn.

Online video ad network Web TV Enterprise has hired Andy Sophocli as sales manager. He joins from Digital Cinema Media where he was account director.

Creative agency Meteorite has appointed Paul Beier as creative director. He has previously worked at agencies VCCP and Engine.

Digital agency The Bio Agency has hired Richard Barrett as technical director and Johann Morton as senior front-end developer. Barrett was head of technology at Picture, and Morton joins from AIS.

Creative agency Home Marketing Group has hired Richard Dudleston as client services director. He previously worked at direct marketing agency JDA.

Digital agency I Spy Marketing has appointed Kelly McAuliffe, John Hutson and Darren Bevington as account managers. McAuliffe was copywriter at John Lewis, Hutson joins from Ladbrokes Casino, and Bevington has previously run his own marketing consultancy.
