Bupa has appointed Steven Zuanella as group ecommerce director. He will be responsible for the international healthcare provider’s online presence globally. His remit will cover the integration of all Bupa’s international web platforms to build a consistent consumer experience. Zuanella joins from Prudential, where he was head of online and ecommerce. Prior to this he held a number of senior roles at Barclays, including interim online banking director.
Online media company GoAdv has hired Scott Field as SEM director. He joins from Universal McCann where he was director of search.
Web agency Fresh Egg has recruited Sarah Tunstall as commercial director. She leaves PPA where she was chief operating officer.
Digital agency Coolpink has hired Steven Holmes as SEO manager and Christian Milburn as account director. Holmes was online marketing executive at 9xb, and Milburn was digital services director at Real Affinity.
Marketing consultancy Coffee Marketing has been set up by founder Alistair Williams. He leaves his previous position as marketing manager at Habbo.
Interactive agency MRM London has promoted Tom Wason to client services director. He was group account director.
Digital agency Redweb has promoted Damian Proctor to head of design and Angela Barnard to content manager. Proctor was previously senior designer, while Barnard was web editor.
Flirtomatic, the mobile and online flirting service, has recruited Sapna Burton as head of creative solutions. She leaves her position as group account manager at Blyk.
Creative agency Work Club has appointed Eleanor McDonald as director of business development and management, Emanuele Pesenti as business director, and Amanda Low Choy as business manager. McDonald was previously a consultant, Pesenti was account director at 180 Amsterdam, and Low Choy was account manager and new business manager at 180 Amsterdam.
Performance-based marketing specialist Aedagency has hired James Applin as sales manager UK. He was international sales manager at Adconion.
