Navy agency selection doesn’t sink incumbent
Gail Dudleston, CEO, Twentysix
I’d like to clarify a point in relation to your report on the Royal Navy appointing AKQA as its lead digital agency (nma.co.uk 1 March 2010).
Twentysix is still working with the Royal Navy and will continue to do so into 2011. We have a number of projects underway involving the Navy’s website and recruitment campaigns, which will come to fruition in the coming months.
Our work with the Royal Navy has included innovative interactive tools such as RN Live, Global Ops, webchats and video diaries. Our awardwinning work for the Royal Marines has been particularly successful in achieving recruitment targets.
